It tackles current issues rather than talking about your past. Like any treatment, CBT is not for everyone. The number of sessions you require will also depend greatly on your current state of mind and your individual response to the situation.

Meditate for 10 Minutes Every Day

Anxiety can be tamed with meditation. It’s not the solution for everyone, but it’s reported to help many people can a better hold on their anxious thoughts. To meditate all you need to do is find a quiet space and focus your attention on your breath, breathing in and out slowly. When thoughts enter your head, let them pass by, but bring your attention back to your breath.
